QUENCHING TABLE

Description

Located at the press exit, is responsible for cooling the profile with precise control to achieve the desired mechanical properties of the aluminum:

  • Air quenching
  • Air-water quenching
  • Advanced “Variable Geometry” cooling technology for high-quality aluminium profiles

LEAD OUT TABLE

Description

It is a structural component designed to support the profile and facilitate its continued cooling after the initial quenching process.

PULLERS & SAWS

Description

It is responsible for pulling the newly extruded aluminum profile out of the quench and into the cooling tables for further cutting stages.

Types:

  • Single puller & positioned saw
  • Puller & Puller with flying saw
  • Flying cutting saw & Two independent pullers

TABLES

Description

This set of tables is responsible for supporting the profiles during the cooling and stretching process.
• Great robustness with high quality steels
• Safe transport of profiles
• Simple maintenance
• Cooling system by means of axial fans, lower and upper ducts

STRETCHER

Description

The Stretcher elongates the profile through plastic deformation, restoring its inherent characteristics and improving its mechanical properties.

PROFILES FINISHING SAW

Description

The finishing saw is a machine that cuts extruded profiles into predetermined lengths for the final processes.
• Double suction to create an environment free of dust and chips

GAUGE TABLE

Description

The profile stopper is a machine that adjusts the profile layer to the desired length for cutting with the profile saw.

Types:

  • Terrestrial
  • Aerial

INSPECTION TABLE

Description

The profiles exit table is used to transport the cut profiles from the profile saw exit to the layer forming batch and subsequent stacking.

AGEING FURNACE

Description

The Ageing Furnace reduces internal tensions in extruded profiles by heating them to 180-200°C for a set time. This tempering process preserves the aluminum’s microstructure, improving hardness and wear resistance.

  • Longitudinal or transversal flow
  • Electrical or gas heating
  • Loading system by means of rollers or chains

DIES OVENS

Description

Dies Ovens heat dies quickly and efficiently using a star-configured set of heating elements. This design ensures uniform heating while preventing damage to the die.

  • Single or double chamber
  • Heating system by means of electrical resistances
