Last Friday, we gathered at Kautec for a “calçotada”, an experience that went beyond just enjoying good food. It was a chance to strengthen bonds as a team, share laughs, and embrace a catalan tradition that brings us together.
A strong team isn’t just built in the office, it grows through the moments we share beyond work. These activities help us foster trust, improve collaboration, and remind us that we achieve more when we move forward together.

El viernes pasado en Kautec disfrutamos de una “calçotada” que fue mucho más que una comida. Fue una oportunidad para reforzar la unión como equipo, compartir risas y celebrar una tradición catalana que nos une.
Porque el verdadero valor de un equipo no solo se mide en resultados, sino también en los momentos que compartimos fuera del trabajo. Estas actividades nos ayudan a fortalecer la confianza, a mejorar la colaboración y, sobre todo, a recordar que juntos siempre llegamos más lejos.
